Since this type software can be first used on a trial basis (by downloadning and using the fully functional demo), then purchased and downloaded as full version, we do not issue refunds on downloaded/registered (and thus unlocked) software.
As an exception, refund is available if:
- The product has been proven to be defective by our technical support department, e.g. could not be installed at all or features mentioned on the product page are not available in the form as described.
- There are duplicate orders that have been made online.
The refund should be requested within 60 days after payment. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
